What we do on your US visa application
Every step between deciding to travel and the interview is carried out by our team.
Visa category assessment
We review the purpose of your trip to select the right category, such as B-1/B-2 for short business trips and tourism, F-1 for study and J-1 for exchange programmes.
DS-160 application
We complete the online application from your information and documents and check that your travel, education and employment history is consistent before submission.
Fee payment and interview booking
We set up the scheduling account, pay the application fee and book an interview at the location and time that suits you.
Supporting documents
We prepare a document list for your case, covering employment or business, finances and your ties to Thailand.
Interview preparation
We go through your DS-160 answers with you, rehearse questions relevant to your trip and explain what to expect on the day.
Following up the decision
We track the application after the interview, tell you the outcome and explain how your passport will be returned.
What to know before applying for a US visa in Thailand
Applicants in Thailand are interviewed in person in almost every case. The U.S. Embassy in Thailand states that interview waivers are only granted in extreme situations.
Nonimmigrant visa applicants should book their interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in their country of nationality or residence.
