Every legal statement is checked against the version in force on the date of checking, and the sources and dates are listed at the end of each page. When the law or an announcement changes, the content is updated to the new version.
Expertise relevant to US visa law
Graduate study in international investment law and international trade law bears directly on E-1 and E-2 visas, which rest on the treaty between Thailand and the United States. Study of criminal law and criminal justice bears on the criminal grounds of inadmissibility in INA section 212(a)(2).
